FilisHealthCare provides domiciliary care services and supported living services for adults aged 18-65+. All services are subject to an initial assessment and the creation of a personalised care plan.
Care Agreements
Before services commence, a formal care agreement will be established outlining:

- Schedule and timing of care visits
- Fees and payment terms
- Notice periods for changes or cancellations
- Complaints and feedback procedures
Your Responsibilities
As a service user, you agree to:
